Dr. Kelly H. Zou, PhD, PStat, FASA is the Founder and CEO of AI4Purpose Inc., a New York City-based organization dedicated to applying generative AI and advanced analytics for social good across healthcare, life sciences, and FinTech. An elected Fellow of the American Statistical Association and Accredited Professional Statistician, she leads initiatives that bridge cutting-edge AI with real-world impact.
Previously, she served as Vice President and Head of Medical Analytics & Insights at Pfizer, Senior Director of Real World Evidence and Methods & Algorithms, and Head of Global Medical Analytics at Viatris. Earlier in her career she was Associate Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School and Associate Director of Rates at Barclays Capital. With over 150 peer-reviewed publications and five books, she is a recognized thought leader in real-world evidence, signal detection, health policy, and the responsible application of AI. She currently serves as President of the ASA New York City Chapter and holds leadership roles in the Caucus of Industry Representatives.
