She brings more than two decades of leadership experience from Goldman Sachs (Managing Director, Emerging Markets Sales and President of Goldman Sachs do Brasil), Deutsche Bank (Head of North America Clearing and Execution Sales), and Bank of America (Global Head of Sales for Futures, OTC Clearing & Prime Brokerage, and Global Head of FX and FI Prime Brokerage). With an MBA from London Business School and a BBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, Luciana is a strategic revenue leader focused on building and scaling institutional businesses across asset classes and geographies.
