She has served as an enterprise architect, product owner, and program/project manager at leading regional and national healthcare institutions, guiding cross-functional teams through complex platform migrations, process optimization, and sales-enablement technology. Holding a Master’s in Strategic Leadership from Rosemont College, Sarah combines deep technical architecture expertise with a focus on responsible AI — ensuring systems remain transparent, accountable, and aligned with organizational values and regulatory expectations.
